I built firsthello.ai, a software product that helps small businesses manage their incoming calls with an AI phone receptionist.

I first spoke to dozens of small businesses about the challenges they face and just generally what it was like for them to own and operate their businesses.

Then I built several prototype ideas using twilio, gemini, google cloud run, cloudflare and more. As I honed in on this particular idea, I built out a management dashboard with analytics and logging with typescript and nextjs:

I'm still growing the operation, adding more paid customers and adding features.
